The location was convenient for our needs, yet the

service left much to be desired. The staff seemed uninterested in assisting guests, which made our stay less enjoyable. On the flip side, the nearby attractions were easily accessible, allowing us to explore around without hassle.

The beach was stunning, and the pool was super warm, which was great for relaxing. We had some mixed drinks that were a bit too sweet for our taste, though. The restaurant had an amazing view of the ocean while we enjoyed our meals. Be ready to spend a little more than expected if you want a baked potato.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and excellent beach access made our stay enjoyable, especially with the outdoor swimming pool providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind during our weekend getaway.

The beach at Arenas Del Mar is beautiful. I enjoyed walking along the shore and the clean pools were a nice touch too. My room was spacious, offering great views every morning, which I appreciated. The king-size bed felt new and was firm, making for a comfortable night's sleep. That said, the lack of elevators posed a challenge, especially with the placement of our room in the back building. I had to navigate several steps to access the main areas. One major letdown was the absence of breakfast options. It felt odd to stay at a hotel without any meal included, especially after paying a hefty amount for our stay. I found the service inconsistent. at one point, the waiter was quite pushy about tipping expectations, which left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, the hotel had its highlights but definitely needs to address dining options and service protocols.

The Eggs Benedict here stole the show! Plus, the layout of the pools and the stunning beach vibes made our family getaway truly special.

But hold up, we were stuck in the back building with no elevator. They really should include breakfast—charging us for every little thing felt off.

great access to beach and parks for city explorers

I loved the short walk to Sirenas Playa Miramar, just 500 meters away, allowing me to enjoy beautiful beach views and unwind, and the nearby Parque Bicentenario, just almost 3 km from the hotel, provided a lovely setting for relaxing strolls amidst nature. the hospitality I experienced really added a personal touch to my visit, enhancing the overall enjoyment of my stay at this all-inclusive resort.

Request a pool view room for a more relaxing stay, as the view is truly spectacular and adds to the experience.

staying at arenas del mar resort was a great experience. the pools offered a fun atmosphere, and the view was gorgeous. the service was very nice, and the staff were loving. I particularly enjoyed the ceviche. it was exquisite!

I had a lovely stay with my family! The beach was clean and beautiful, and the pools were fantastic, perfect for the kids to play. The rooms, though a bit dated, were spacious and comfortable. However, I wish there were complimentary breakfast options available, as everything felt a bit overpriced.

the stairs were a bit of a hassle 😩. but the beach was simply beautiful, family loved the spacious pools, and having a restaurant nearby was super convenient!
